Couldn't agree more.
However, while this is a powerful argument against "business as usual", it alone is not enough to make the case for withdrawal.
To make that case, you also have to consider the impact of withdrawal. Would it be positive? Neutral? Or would the situation deteriorate even further?
It could be the answer is a massive investment in social infrastructure in Iraq, with continued military presence to the extent that is required to protect aid workers, etc. Or maybe not. Who knows?
I don't have the answer, but I do think the case for withdrawal is not yet clear-cut.

What it think is, the coalition started this mess and they have to tidy it up. Make iraq as it was under saddam then perhaps we can withdraw.
Terrorism does not make a difference among people. All groups and tribes should be united in the fighting terrorism and uprooted this bad omen phenomenon by cooperation of the government.
